How much do you charge?
- Our sweeper charges have a four hour minimum. If it is more than four hours it is charged at an agreed hourly rate in 15 min increments. We add tipping fees to our hourly rate charge if we have to remove rubble from your site. Whilst we have some of the best rates in Melbourne, we occasionally lower our rates for regular or scheduled jobs, so speak to our staff to ensure we fulfil your requirements.

Is there a charge for travel time?
- We include one hour of travel time in all of our sweeper jobs within the greater Melbourne area. For jobs outside of this area speak to our staff for associated charges.
- What can’t you do?
- Our fleet of sweepers are designed for road use and relatively open spaces, they are not designed to be used on footpaths and small areas. Our sweeping division has the backing of our industrial cleaning technicians and equipment for those unusual jobs. Furthermore, Minc has at its disposal a full range of trades and other property service professionals so there is not much we can’t do. If in doubt ask us or visit our Main Website.

How much notice do you need?
- Our fleet are used to responding quickly to emergency situations and can normally react very quickly. As always, the more notice we have the better chance we have of ensuring the correct equipment arrives at the time specified by you.

Will you provide us with a quote?
- In most circumstances we can provide you with a quote. We are happy to attend site to assess your requirements and find a solution that fits your budget.

Can I book you in for regular visits?
- Absolutely, we are happy to schedule in regular visits. In order to make sure that your site is serviced adequately without exceeding your budget we are happy to have a representative work with you to find the most suitable program. Because programmed visits involve less coordination and administration we can normally offer discounted rates.
